Return & Refund Policy
At DartNFly, we stand behind the quality of our drones and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for most of our products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your drone to initiate a return. All returned drones must be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and in new and unused condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you would like to exchange your drone for a different model or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your drone to initiate an exchange. All exchanges must be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and in new and unused condition.
All of our drones come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you have a problem with your drone within the first year, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
